Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Discord bot ZoneBuddy and the web services at zonebuddy.de (website, dashboard and API).

ZoneBuddy’s basic features are free. Free use does not entitle you to any particular features or availability; features may change or be discontinued.

The paid plans (ZoneBuddy Premium) are additionally governed by the Terms of Sale.

Coins, crypto holdings, loot boxes and all other values in the bot are purely in-game currency. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold or paid out, and do not give rise to any claims. Stakes in games are made exclusively with this in-game currency.

Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines apply. Server owners are responsible for the settings on their server, e.g. which channels are enabled for the AI chat and which content they publish via the bot.

In particular, exploiting bugs (e.g. to duplicate coins), automated mass requests and use for unlawful content are prohibited. Violations may result in ZoneBuddy being blocked for individual users or servers. Please report bugs you find instead of exploiting them.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health. Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law, in particular for data loss and service outages.

How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy. These terms may be amended; the current version is always available on this page.

Report violations, abuse of the bot or security vulnerabilities to abuse@zonebuddy.de, and questions about these terms to legal@zonebuddy.de. Help with the bot is available at support@zonebuddy.de and on the support server.
